PLANNER: Quarterly and Annual Goals
We’re two and a half months out since we last gathered for Triannual I and are preparing to come together once again for Triannual II in just a few short weeks.
One of the major tenants of Triannual I was crafting our Quarterly and Annual Goals to help us step back to the 10,000 ft view and strategize and plan our work as leaders instead of being swallowed up by the firefighting and urgency of the everyday.
Schedule 15 minutes this week over a cup of coffee to review the Quarterly and Annual Goals you established at the Triannual in April.

-What obstacles, if any, exist to accomplishing the goals?
