Join us as we continue our Leadership Quest and Making More Possible through instilling personal resilience, increasing employee engagement, improving the patient experience, and inspiring operational innovation.

In this Triannual workshop, we’ll cover the Seven Stages of Employee Engagement and create a new framework for supporting and coaching our employees. We’ll also dive deep into re-designing the patient and customer experience.

PLANNER: Quarterly and Annual Goals

We’re two and a half months out since we last gathered for Triannual I and are preparing to come together once again for Triannual II in just a few short weeks

One of the major tenants of Triannual I was crafting our Quarterly and Annual Goals to help us step back to the 10,000 ft view and strategize and plan our work as leaders instead of being swallowed up by the firefighting and urgency of the everyday. 

Schedule 15 minutes this week over a cup of coffee to review the Quarterly and Annual Goals you established at the Triannual in April.

-What were the goals you set? 
-Why are they important to you? 
-How is your progress coming in achieving those goals?
-What obstacles, if any, exist to accomplishing the goals?
-Where can you find help to jumpstart your progress and overcome any challenges?
-Do these goals still fit you and your vision or do you need to make any adjustments?
-What can you do to make the biggest movement on these goals before Triannual II?

Share your progress with your Leader at your next 1:1 and ask for their help to coach you around these goals with accountability and support!
