THIS MONDAY: Triannual II Workshop at Minot Municipal Auditorium

We’re excited to join with you again on Monday, July 18th at 12:00pm CDT to kick off our Triannual II workshop. 

In this Triannual, we’ll dive deep into the patient and employee experience and work to redesign our major touchpoints of communication to increase employee engagement, retention, and recruitment and improve patient satisfaction and well-being.

**We’ll have a new planner and workbook for you at the event, so all you need to bring is your nametag to scan at the door.**

PREPARING FOR TRIANNUAL II: A look back at the last few months + planning ahead for FY2023

We’ll have a brand new workbook for Triannual II and a full-year FY2023 planner for you at check-in and will once again close out the workshop with an ACTION session to launch you into FY2023 with well defined priorities and your strategic goals set.

We’ll help you continue to carve out time for planning with the “10% Secret” – using small chunks of time to do the work of a leader and take back control of your time- and will work through an Annual Plan for FY2023 as well as a Quarterly Plan for Q1 of FY2023.

As you prepare to come back to the table with your fellow leaders, take a few moments to review all that you’ve accomplished since we met together in April, both personally and professionally.

Leadership is a long game and it’s imperative that we take time to celebrate our wins and look back at the progress we’ve made along the way. Here are some questions to help you look back at what went well and plan ahead for everything you’d like to do next –

FY2022 Q4 REVIEW:

1. What were your annual and quarterly goals in each of the four focus areas: Resilience, Engagement, Experience, Innovation?

2. What went well in each focus area? And, what would you still like to improve?

3. What was your team’s biggest accomplishment in Quarter 4? Where can your team continue to improve?

4. Have you been able to employ the 10% Secret and spend more time on the work of a leader? Why or why not? How can you better protect that time this year?

FY2023 Q1 PREVIEW:
1. What area of your leadership would you most like to develop in Quarter 1? What resources and systems can you put into place to help build those skills?

2. What kind of leader would you like to be when we open the HCMD? What do you need to do today to become the leader you want to be?

3. How can you help your team grow this year? What tangible steps can you take in Quarter 1 to help them develop as individuals and as a united team?

4. When we gather in November for Triannual III, what would make you most proud to have accomplished? How can you build in time to work towards that goal?
