Through a powerful personal story, Sean Georges, JD, LLM, will demonstrate the essence of authentic leadership. He’ll share how he came to see that servant leaders aligned with a common mission and a singular focus can achieve the impossible.
This 1 hour “lunch-and-learn” style virtual training will be streamed live in the Skyline Room with an opportunity to engage with Sean and ask questions about applying his lessons to your own leadership. Replays will be available after the event.

WINNING MOMENTS: Leadership Wins from the Trinity Team
Shout out to the TRINITY HOMES LEADERSHIP TEAM for their exceptional teamwork with a surprise visit from the State Health Department just after the blizzard.
We had our state survey at Trinity Homes right after we received 48 inches of snow from 2 different storms. We were recovering from the epic blizzard event when the State Health Department walked through the front door at 12:30 that Monday. Our team at Trinity Homes gave them a warm welcome and got them set up for their annual survey.
The leadership team at the Homes went around to their departments to notify staff of the visit and ensure they had what they needed to succeed. The leadership team also reminded staff of key points in our policy and procedures to be extra mindful of. The nurse managers, ADON and DON made rounds on the units checking on our care teams on the units to reassure and provide help to them.
We ended up with a few citations, but overall the feedback from the survey team was positive. The team here from every department did very well at maintaining calm and efficient care with the surveyors observing them.
It goes to show that despite any obstacles put in front of the team, we will overcome them to succeed for our residents, staff and community.
