TRIANNUAL MONDAY! Equipping You for Your Next Season as a Leader
Coming up this Monday, November 14th, we’ll dive into Triannual III—our next all-leader workshop—to continue to equip you in your role as a leader.
We’ve been working through our four focuses of a leader: resilience, engagement, experience, and innovation, and at this Triannual, will go deep into Trinity Health’s biggest innovation in over a century—our new Healthcare Campus and Medical District due to open this spring.
This level of evolution and innovation will require the absolute best from us as leaders, stretching our skills and calling us to lean into all of the habits and skills we’ve learned so far in our Quest.
Our teams will need us to create alignment around a common focus and vision, we’ll need to bolster our personal and team resilience to stay pliable in the transition, and we’ll need to keep open lines of communication with our team to be sure they stay engaged and are able to successfully navigate the transition while continuing to provide exceptional patient care.
We’ll dig into the skills you’ll need to lead through it all to help our staff continue to live our mission of Making More Possible.
Here’s a preview of what to expect Monday and Tuesday at Triannual III:
What We’ll Learn/Accomplish:
-How “Starting with Why” will compel your teams to navigate transitions well
-Frameworks for communicating change and overcoming concerns and objections
-The innovations and improvements we’ll see at the new campus (with Q&A Panel!)
-Mapping our 6 month transition plan to lead us successfully to the opening of the HCMD
What to Bring:
-Smart phone for polls and surveys
-Black zip-up padfolio and note paper from Triannual II
-List of key personal milestones + events scheduled through May 2023
-Name badge to scan at the door
